Problem
Is the problem or goal understood well enough?
The conversation was good. The numbers were good. The other side seemed to be with you. Then it was over, and there was nothing you could point to. The Invisible Salesman is about the work that decided it long before that: the trust you earned, the questions you asked, and the uncertainty you left on the table.
The method is shared. The incentives are not. So the book is written three times, and a fourth time for operators who work two seats.
From chapter 12, Earn attention and the first conversation.
I need an answer by Friday.
The deadline is presented as a fact. It isn't one.
You don't have to decide today. Take the time you need. What I'd rather do is make sure you have everything you need to decide whether this makes sense for you. What are you still unsure about?
The difference isn't softer language. It's a different posture.
Chapter 4 is built for one moment: the pause of a few seconds just before you ask for something. That moment has no room for a checklist. It has room for four questions, run silently, without leaving the conversation.
Is the problem or goal understood well enough?
Have we reduced the uncertainty appropriate to this commitment?
Is the recommendation linked to evidence, alternatives, economics, and execution?
Is their choice informed and free of manufactured pressure?
If one answer is no, do not force the next stage. Create evidence, revise, or stop.
Clearer and freer at once means you're leading, and clearer and more trapped means you're not.Chapter 3 · Leadership without pressure
Each chapter puts the weak move beside the stronger one, stops where a real decision has to be made, and shows what the move sounds like when it fails, and when to hand the decision back. The scripts are written as spoken lines.
The book teaches the method. The guide takes it out of the book and into the pipeline of one seat: every stage, every step, the journeys you'll actually run, and a scorecard that measures what you produced against your own last two weeks. Never against anyone else.

Every script appears in full, then with your half missing so you supply it, then as a bare cue. If you're rereading the full version a fourth time, you're practising recognition, not the conversation.
Every instrument carries two lines you'll come to rely on: how it fails in your seat, and the moment the decision goes back to the seller.

Test the method before you buy anything. Two doors, and neither asks for an email to open.
One seller's decision, watched from their side, in nine stages:
How you operate, where you are this week, and how the work is going across five areas. It shows you where your operation is thinnest right now, in your own words, and hands you one thing to do today.

I'm OZi Haynes. I was taught early that money is in the soil, and that assets with more than one stream of income are what build freedom. Sales became my trade because I like being of use to people.
I wrote this method from the three seats I know: the agent's, the wholesaler's and the investor's. I wrote it so every claim in it can be checked, and the book shows the work, not the money. Do the right things at the right times and the money follows. Start with the free chapter, and take one thing from it that makes you one percent better today.
The method draws on established work in selling, influence and negotiation:
For each major source, the book says what the work actually examined and what it can't establish. The full record is in the book, on the page called How This Was Built. None of these authors saw this work, and none endorses it.
It's the whole chapter. No email, no gate, and no pitch afterward. If it tells you nothing you didn't already know, you have your answer.
